Here’s a look at how Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) fared in the last six fiscal years when Rajesh Gopinathan was its chief. Gopinathan resigned on Thursday.

While TCS has grown its revenues from $19.09 billion in FY17-19 to $25.71 billion for the year ending FY21-22, at an annualised growth rate of 6.13%.

Infosys has grown revenue from $10.94 billion to $16.31 billion, at a growth rate of 8.32% — highest among Indian peers.

TCS has delivered a more profitable growth, expanding profits by 5.11% CAGR in the five-year period, while for Infosys it has come at 3.61%. TCS has also consistently ranked above all peers on margin which hovered close to 25%.
