The company said Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan had resigned as CEO to pursue personal interests and will be relieved of his duties next month. He held the post for over a decade and also oversaw Hexaware's listing on the bourses last year.
The resignation comes as Indian IT services firms face the double whammy of AI-related disruption and macro overhang that is forcing clients to tweak tech spends.
Hexaware, the country's 10th-largest IT firm by revenue, cut its calendar-year 2026 annual forecast to 6% to 7% from a prior view of at least 7.6% after its June quarter results.
Jetley joins Hexaware after a two-decade stint at EXL where he was a president and led the insurance, healthcare and life sciences business.
