Accenture to take majority stake, acquire cybersecurity firms in $4.18 billion deal
Accenture announced a significant acquisition spree, agreeing to purchase a majority stake in Dragos and fully acquire runZero and NetRise for a combined value of $4.18 billion.

Shares of the Dublin, Ireland-based company fell about 5% in premarket trading.
Separately, the company also cut the top end of its annual revenue forecast.
The company now expects annual revenue growth between 3% and 4%, down from its previous forecast of 3% to 5%.
