Sony announces Xperia Sola with 'floating touch'

NEW DELHI: Sony today announced the launch of the latest device under its Xperia series 'Sola' running on the Android 2.3 operating system.

The device comes with floating touch navigation, which lets users "navigate the web by hovering their finger above the screen so it acts like a moving curser, without actually having to touch the screen," the company said in a statement.
