Samsung most attractive brand in India: Report
NEW DELHI: Samsung Mobiles is the "most attractive brand" in the country, followed by LG and Sony, says a study.

The study titled 'India's Most Attractive Brand 2015' was carried out by Trust Research Advisory (TRA) and based on primary research conducted on 2,312 consumers across 16 cities.

"Samsung Mobiles continues to be India's most attractive brand followed by durables firms LG and Sony. TRA's brand attractiveness matrix makes it easier for brands to analyse the changing stakeholder quotient and alter their strategies," TRA chief executive N Chandramouli told reporters here.

The fourth place in the list was bagged by homegrown conglomerate Tata, also the only Indian company to figure in the top five.

Dell and Honda were placed fifth and sixth respectively, followed by Nokia and Hewlett Packard.

Two other Indian brands -- Bajaj and Godrej -- took the ninth and tenth spots, respectively.

North India's top three attractive brands are Tata, Samsung Mobiles and LG, according to the report.
