NEW DELHI: Realme, the sub-brand of Chinese smartphone maker Oppo, may add the offline channel for distribution in India as it looks to tap tier-2 and -3 towns and rural areas to increase market share.

“I would never say that Realme will continue to remain an online brand,” Madhav Sheth, CEO of Realme India, told ET. “We can try two different channels. If we don't have an offline channel, then it's difficult for us to cater to this segment.”
