Mitashi launches tab for kids

NEW DELHI: Mitashi Edutainment Monday launched Android-based SKY TAB 2 priced at Rs 6,999 for children over two years old.

Based on 4.2.2 Android Jelly Bean OS, the new tab features dual camera and comes with parental control capability, the company said in a statement.

The new tab features a dual-core processor, bundled with 1GHz processor and 1 GB RAM. It comes with internal memory of 8 GB which is expandable upto 32 GB.

" Sky Tabs are a great learning resource for children nowadays, who are so comfortable with technology from a very tender age. It is India’s first dual core, dual camera Andriod Tab for kids," Adnan Chara, Vice President - Gaming, Toys & Telecom at Mitashi said.
