Micromax Informatics names Ashish Agrawal as Chief Technology Officer

NEW DELHI: Micromax Informatics Friday appointed Ashish Agrawal as its new Chief Technology Officer.

Prior to joining Micromax, Agrawal served as the Chief technology Officer with Sirqul and worked for the execution and adoption of Sirqul’s suite of mobile engagement products and services.

Agrawal will be responsible for defining the vision and the direction of software services, and driving new initiatives to provide a strong impetus to brand Micromax and bring future technology disruptions into the market, the company in a statement said.

"Ashish will help us build technology platforms that will further strengthen our leadership. I am delighted to have Ashish on board with us in our exciting journey of democratizing technology," Vineet Taneja, CEO, Micromax Informatics said.
