Lenovo on Thursday unveiled its first ultraportable widescreen notebook PC 'Lenovo 3000 V100' designed for "on-the-go small business customers seeking powerful performance in a modern design."

BANGALORE: Lenovo on Thursday unveiled its first ultraportable widescreen notebook PC 'Lenovo 3000 V100' designed for "on-the-go small business customers seeking powerful performance in a modern design."

Weighing 1.8 kgs and sporting a 12.1-inch widescreen display, the V100 offers professionals "on a limited budget powerful dual-core performance, easy and reliable connectivity, widescreen efficiencies and new multimedia features," the company said in a statement.

The V100 is available with Intel Core Duo processors that it said efficiently run multiple programmes simultaneously, such as business applications and virus scans.

The V100 features an integrated DVD-RW drive, integrated fingerprint reader and camera. Other specifications include 512MB RAM, 80 GB HDD and complete connectivity features such as integrated 802.11 a/b/g wireless LAN and 10/100 Ethernet on all models and Bluetooth on select models, it said.
