This is Casio's first G-Shock with built-in Bluetooth and it works with an iPhone 4S/5 ( iOS 5.1 and above) to notify you about incoming calls, email, Facebook and Twitter updates. It also syncs time with the phone, works within a range of 2 meters and has a phone finder function that helps in locating your phone using an alarm. It disconnects from the phone to save power and a tilt sensor detects movement to automatically reconnect if you touch it. The watch is shock resistant and offers water resistance of up to 200 meters. Battery life is a claimed two years and has all the usual features of the GShock series that includes world time and LED backlight.
