CCS Infotech bags Rs 60 lakh order from BSNL

Chennai-based computer manufacturer, CCS Infotech has bagged orders worth Rs 60 lakh from various BSNL operating regions of South India.

MUMBAI: Chennai-based computer manufacturer, CCS Infotech has bagged orders worth Rs 60 lakh from various BSNL operating regions of South India.
The company received Rs 27 lakhs order from BSNL Trivandrum, Trishur and Kannur (Kerala), Rs 13 lakhs from BSNL Mangalore (Karnataka) and Rs 20 lakhs from BSNL Cuddalore (Tamil Nadu), CCS Infotech informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
"Delivering services to a government sector is a challenging task. We have fulfilled the industry needs and these orders are the outcome of the right kind of quality delivered to them," CCS Infotech Director H Ratna Kumar said.
CCS Infotech recently bagged orders from BSNL Salem. Apart from the telecom segment, CCS Infotech also received orders from educational institutions.
The company surpassed a turnover of Rs 59.27 crore for the financial year ending March 2006 up 73 per cent compared to the last financial year and is continuing its momentum.
Earlier, the company had bagged orders from the Department of Atomic Energy and Neyveli Lignite.
