Touring Capital, an early-stage fund founded by veteran investors of SoftBank and Microsoft, announced the close of its first venture fund at $330 million, which was oversubscribed as of late September 2025.

The fund was founded by Nagraj Kashyap, Priya Saiprasad, and Samir Kumar in 2023. Kumar, general partner at Touring, was with Microsoft's M12 fund. He was also at Qualcomm Ventures, where he met Kashyap. The latter and Saiprasad worked together at SoftBank Vision Fund II.

"I’m immensely grateful to our LPs for believing in us and to the founders in our portfolio, your trust is what makes this all possible. It all started with our first partner, Oakley Capital in the UK—a special thank you!" Kumar said in a LinkedIn post.

Headquartered in San Francisco's South Park, Touring's Fund I will back early-growth, AI-powered software startups globally, according to the report. The $330 million fund was raised from a mix of global institutional limited partners (LPs), family offices, and over 30 former founders.

So far, the fund has invested in twelve companies, including a unicorn and one exit. Five of its portfolio companies have raised follow-on capital.

Major exits include SafeBase, a company for which Touring led a $33 million Series B round, which was acquired within ten months of investment. It has also backed Netradyne, Daloopa, Numa and Cusp.
