SaaS startup GTM Buddy gets $2 million seed funding from Stellaris
GTM Buddy, a tech-enabled sales enablement platform, will use the funding from Stellaris Venture Partners to rapidly enhance product capabilities as well as for building the go-to-market teams.

The SaaS startup was so far backed by angel investors, including Girish Mathrubootham, Nick Mehta, Ashish Gupta, Aneesh Reddy, Khadim Batti and Dilip Khandelwal.
Founded in 2020 by Sreedhar Peddineni, Santa Thounaojam, Sundar Vellaichamy and Chandramani Tiwary, GTM Buddy's software-as-service platform helps sellers to accelerate their deals and improve win rates by delivering relevant information and messages to their prospective buyers.
Powered by the Contextual AI engine, GTM Buddy’s platform pre-processes all the sales enablement content available within the organisation's content repositories, auto indexes them, and then surfaces the most relevant information during a "conversation" with a prospective buyer.
"Sales is increasingly becoming a knowledge driven function. Every buyer involved in the decision-making cycle expects the seller to be an expert on a wide variety of topics such as the domain, product, competition, etc.," Peddineni, who is also the chief executive of GTM Buddy, said in the statement. “It is in this context that GTM Buddy leverages the latest advancements in technology, design and AI to deliver the right information…”
The funds raised will be utilised for rapidly enhancing product capabilities as well as for building the go-to-market teams, the company said.
“Despite advances in underlying technologies, current sales enablement solutions fail to meet the needs of the users. They are mostly a user interface on top of a classical folder structure, with basic search and tracking capabilities,” Stellaris partner Alok Goyal said. “Like many other enterprise processes, we believe that this is a space ripe for disruption. With a veteran SaaS entrepreneur like Sreedhar leading the team at GTM Buddy, we are certain that the platform will be a gamechanger in the sales enablement space.”
