Retail SaaS firm Impact Analytics raises $40 million led by Sageview Capital

Maryland and Bengaluru-based Impact Analytics, a retail-focussed software-as-a-service (SaaS) retail startup, has raised $40 million in growth financing led by Sageview Capital. Vistara Growth also participated in the round.

The homegrown-company which offers retail-, grocery-, CPG-, and supply chain-focused planning and merchandising software suites, also counts Aarin Capital and Argentum Group among its investors.

With the latest fundraise, Sageview Capital partner Jeff Klemens and senior advisor Prashanth Palakurthi have joined the company’s board of directors, Impact Analytics said in a statement.


The company will use the latest capital infusion to expand its Bengaluru-based team and expand its sales, marketing, and customer service organisations across geographies, among other priorities.

Founded in 2015, it services global brands and retailers to optimise and automate decisions across such areas as demand forecasting, pricing, promotions, assortment and inventory management.
