Quick service app Snabbit is raising Rs 265.4 crore (about $30 million) in a latest funding round led by Netherlands-based Bertelsmann Nederland BV, according to documents sourced from the Registrar of Companies (RoC).

Snabbit, which offers hyperlocal, on-demand home services, previously raised $19 million in a round led by Lightspeed Ventures Partners in May, and $5.5 million in a round led by Elevation Capital in January. This fundraise will be its third in 10 months.

Existing investors Lightspeed Ventures Partners, Elevation Capital, and Nexus Venture Partners are also participating in this round.

In its filing, the company has said that it needs the funds for the “purpose of meeting its working capital requirements and capital expenditure to sustain the growth of the company, as well as to expand the user base in India.”

The proposal to raise these funds was approved in a board meeting on October 27. Entracker was the first to report on the development.

Recently, the company shifted its corporate headquarters from Mumbai to Bengaluru, and strengthened its senior leadership as it plans to scale its operations nationwide. It also plans to double the company’s workforce by FY26 across technology, product, operations, and growth functions.

“Snabbit is growing at double-digit rates week-on-week, and keeping up with that means delivering an exceptional customer experience, which needs to be powered by great tech and thoughtful products,” founder Aayush Agarwal had told ET earlier this month.

Founded in 2024 by Agarwal, a former chief of staff at quick commerce platform Zepto, Snabbit enables people to hire trained professionals for tasks such as cleaning, dishwashing, and laundry within 10 minutes.

Snabbit competes with listed player Urban Company’s Insta Help and General Catalyst-backed Pronto in the rapidly growing quick service segment.
