Founded by former Pocket FM executives Manavdeep Singh Grover and Gurjot Kaur, the startup is building an AI-powered preventive health and wellness platform aimed at helping users address lifestyle-related health issues before they develop into chronic conditions.
"We come into the picture when people are not sick, but they are not healthy either," Grover told ET. "Many adults experience issues such as poor sleep, acidity, low mobility, or fatigue but often don't know what's causing them or where to seek help."
The platform combines AI-powered wellness companions, personalised health programmes, and expert-led educational content to provide nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress-management guidance. Superliving said its AI models are supplemented by in-house proprietary health knowledge bases and are continuously reviewed by medical experts to improve accuracy.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to deepen its research, strengthen its health knowledge infrastructure, expand vernacular content offerings, and scale user acquisition across smaller cities.
The funding comes at a time when preventive healthcare startups are increasingly turning to AI to deliver personalised recommendations at scale. However, unlike many health-tech platforms focused on urban consumers, Superliving is targeting India's smaller cities and towns.
"Accessibility, affordability, and accuracy remain the biggest barriers to preventive healthcare in tier 2 and tier 3 India," said Grover. "About 73-74% of our paying users come from these markets, while metro cities account for only around 11-12%."
Less than a year after launch, the startup said it has crossed 1.5 million app installs and more than one lakh paying subscribers. Its paying user base spans cities including Meerut, Gangtok, Agra, Nashik, Bhiwadi, Varanasi, Hisar, Jalandhar, Indore, Jaipur, and Visakhapatnam.
According to Grover, retention has emerged as one of the company's strongest indicators of product-market fit.
"Our strongest signal of product-market fit is retention. More than 50% of our users continue using the platform after the first month, which is significantly higher than what many consumer AI products see," he said.
Superliving currently operates with a nine-member team and intends to remain lean as it scales.
"AI has fundamentally changed productivity. One person today can do the work of several people, which allows us to stay extremely efficient while continuing to grow," Grover said.
The startup competes in a crowded market that includes Healthify, GOQii, Fitterfly, and Breathe Well-being. It is betting that AI-powered health companions, coupled with content tailored to regional languages and local health behaviours, will help it build a differentiated position.
"We've built our systems around how Indians actually live. Whether it's fasting periods, wedding seasons, or regional dietary habits, these cultural nuances influence health decisions and need to be reflected in the recommendations users receive," Grover said.
According to Tracxn, prior to this funding, Superliving had raised approximately $2.23 million across two rounds, including a $2 million seed round in January 2026 backed by All In Capital and Kae Capital, and an earlier $228,000 seed round in September 2025 led by All In Capital.
