ETtech Deals Digest: Startups raise $158.5 million in week to February 21, up 76.9% on-year
The funds were raised by startups across seed, early and late stages, through 19 deals, compared to 37 in the year-ago period.

However, this represents a 51.6% decline from last week’s total of $327.3 million.
This week, startups, across seed, early and late stages, raised funds through 19 deals, compared to 37 deals in the year-ago period, when they raised a total of $89.6 million, according to data from Tracxn.

Top deals of the week
Udaan: Business-to-business (B2B) ecommerce firm Udaan secured $75 million in fresh funding from existing investors UK-based M&G Prudential and Lightspeed Venture Partners.
Waterfield Advisors: Wealth advisory and multi-family office Waterfield Advisors raised $18 million in a funding round led by Jungle Ventures in a primary and secondary infusion mix.
Spyne: Automotive-focused visual technology startup Spyne raised $16 million in a Series A funding round led by Vertex Ventures. The round also witnessed participation from existing investors Accel, Storm Ventures, and Alteria Capital.
Singulr AI: Enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) governance and security startup Singulr AI has raised $10 million in a seed funding round led by Nexus Venture Partners and Dell Technologies Capital, with participation from industry executives.
