The startup said it will use the capital to expand its engineering capabilities, strengthen the product roadmap, and scale global delivery of its AI-native platforms.
Founded in 2024, CoreOps.AI aims to help enterprises modernise legacy systems, unify data, automate operations, and deploy AI agents at scale. The startup said its modular platform suite has been used to build over 20 use cases across manufacturing, BFSI, retail, and healthcare.
“Enterprises today need AI that is real — deployed, integrated, and delivering business outcomes,” said Rajiv Srivastava, CEO, CoreOps.AI. “This investment enables us to accelerate our mission of building the enterprise AI operating system — helping organisations modernise 2X faster.” He added that the platform can reduce operational costs by up to 25% and provide autonomous intelligence across business functions.
Archana Hingorani, managing partner, Siana Capital Management, said that CoreOps.AI stands out for its engineering depth and the practical value its agentic AI brings to large enterprises. “The platform’s scalability and strong customer traction position CoreOps.AI to lead the next wave of AI-driven transformation,” she added.
Founded by Rajesh Janey, Ankur Sharma, Rajnish Gupta, and Srivastava, the startup is built around reducing dependency on manual, consulting-heavy transformation models, delivering faster time-to-value and future-ready digital foundations.
