Business-to-business (B2B) visa processing platform StampMyVisa has raised Rs 6.6 crore in a pre-series A funding round led by Unicorn India Ventures.

The new funding will support the Mumbai-based company’s geographical expansion, enhancement of its artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities and the launch of other services designed to help businesses manage international travel and visa processes for Indians traveling abroad.

The proceeds would also be employed to introduce new offerings such as an insurance product to provide visa fee refunds in case of rejections, and travel eSIMs on the platform.

Founded by Rahul Borude, StampMyVisa is an AI-driven visa platform that simplifies complex visa application processes for businesses. It supports corporates, travel agents, Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) companies, and online travel aggregators (OTAs) by streamlining and automating visa processing, reducing errors along the way.

In its first year, StampMyVisa claims to have achieved seven-fold growth and is on track to reach one million visas annually within the next 12 to 18 months.

Recently, StampMyVisa’s larger competitor, Atlys, raised $20 million in a series B funding round led by existing investors Peak XV Partners and Elevation Capital, indicating the rising interest in visa services among tech and fintech startups aiming for global expansion and access to a broader talent pool.

New investors, including Headline, which has backed companies like Mistral AI, Bumble and GoPuff, also participated in that round.

“The travel sector is on the cusp of a major shift. We’re seeing a rapidly growing middle class in India with an increasing appetite for global experiences. AI will revolutionise the way Indians manage visas while helping businesses scale effortlessly and empowering millions of new travellers to explore the world,” said Borude, cofounder and CEO of StampMyVisa.

According to the company, the global e-visa market is projected to grow at a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11.1%, reaching $2,395.2 million by 2032 from $1,030.5 million in 2024.

“Indian travellers are venturing abroad like never before, and the need for seamless, scalable and digitised solutions in visa processing is critical. StampMyVisa is filling a major gap in the fragmented B2B market by offering a transparent, efficient and future-proof platform,” said Anil Joshi, managing partner, Unicorn India Ventures.
