Canadian online ed-tech platform ApplyBoard has raised $300 million in its Series-D round, at a post-money valuation of $3.2 billion.

ApplyBoard has raised $475 million since it was founded in 2015. A part of the proceeds will be used to expand its operations in India, it said in a statement. The round was led by the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board through its Teachers' Innovation Platform. Existing investors Fidelity Management & Research, BDC, Harmonic, Index Ventures, Garage Capital, and Blue Cloud Ventures also participated.
