On Tuesday, xAI said that Grok Vision enables users to point their phone at everyday items—such as products, signs, or documents—and immediately ask questions about what they’re seeing. The chatbot can then provide instant explanations and context.
Taking to X, Grok posted: “I'm all ears (and eyes). Share your world with me.”
Influencer and entrepreneur Mario Nawfal shared a video demonstrating its usage and wrote: “Users can scan anything—products, signs, documents—and Grok will break it down with context and info on the spot.”
Grok Vision launches alongside new features, including real-time search in voice mode and multilingual audio support.
This comes shortly after xAI introduced a memory function for Grok, allowing the assistant to retain information from previous conversations with the chatbot to give a more personalised user experience.
