Villgro invests Rs 64 lakh in biomedical startup Nayam Innovations
Social venture fund Villgro has invested around Rs 64 lakh ($100,000) in Pune-based biomedical device startup Nayam Innovations.

The company, founded by IITBombay engineers Tanuj Gigras and Mandar Gadre in 2012 December, aims to use its patented technology to provide cataract treatment at one-tenth the present cost, and with better outcomes.
