Snapdeal was just one meeting away from giving away their loss incurring organization to e-commerce giant Flipkart, when recent selloff of their accessory businesses like FreeCharge gave them the confidence to call off the merger. Snapdeal will be in business as an independent authority, in its new avatar as Snapdeal 2.0.
