NEW DELHI: Bangalore-based social business intelligence company Simplify360's founding CEO Bhupendra Khanal has quit to launch a packaged food company Khanal Foods focusing on bringing high quality and healthy treat for Dogs. Khanal Foods has launched Dogsee Chew that provides super foods for dogs.

Khanal has bootstrapped the company for now and says moving from analytics to dog food was a difficult one. His love for dogs made him work towards a product that made natural treats for dogs.

He adds that the company uses hardened cheese made of yak and cow's milk, and is the healthy alternative to synthetic bone chews.

Khanal added that he will look for external funds for the company in the coming months.

Simplify360 was started on 2009 by a six co-founders team - Bhupendra Khanal, Sweta Sharma, Rohit Gupta, Deep Sherchan, Laxmi Khatiwada and Binit Thapa. The product was launched officially on 2011 during a technology event in Chicago and Bangalore. The company is a lot like Topsy, which analyses terabytes of data on social media like Tweets, Facebook etc., to offer customised analytics.
