SeniorNeedz.com to help senior citizens manage health care, other needs

MUMBAI: SeniorNeeds, a startup has launched perhaps the country’s first senior citizen platform—SeniorNeeds.com that claims to help people of certain age group to lead a hassle free life.

The platform would manage needs including, health care, food, wealth care, travel and lifestyle needs. As its first step, SeniorNeedz has launched its healthcare services.

“SeniorNeedz encompasses a huge gamut of health care services to cater to the elderly. Family physicians for home visits, 24/7 assistance during emergencies, aggregating home nursing, physiotherapy and caregiving services, home delivery of medicines and medical supplies, daily alerts for medication dosage, reminders for medicine refills and appointments, 24/7 support centre to address all your health queries, online healthcare advisory by a panel of medical specialists, all these services integrated by your single-point contact, the Personal Health Advisor (PHA),” the company said in a statement.

The aggregator claims to help senior citizens fix doctors’ appointment, making a hospital visit or even facilitating hospitalisation.
