Swiggy blames app crash on tech glitch

BENGALURU: Online food delivery service startup Swiggy crashed on Sunday night with users not able to place orders in it’s mobile application as well as website across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Delhi.
Hundreds of customers, who had already placed orders did not get delivery, took to complaining on social media platforms.
“We are facing a technical issue due to which we’re unable to process orders on time. We’re fixing this ASAP. Apologies for keeping you waiting,” Swiggy tweeted through it’s official Twitter.
