Paisabazaar ties up with Alexa and Google Assistant

BENGALURU: Digital lending marketplace Paisabazaar has partnered with Amazon's Alexa and Google Assistant to make its products available through voice commands. While consumers can already access free credit scores on Alexa along with monthly updates, the product will go similarly live on Google Assistant by the end of this month.

Over the next few weeks, various other products from Paisabazaar like direct plans of mutual funds, loans, credit cards etc. will also be available to customers on Alexa and Google Assistant.

“If you look around the world, consumers are fast moving towards voice-based searches and commands. By making our products, and all the information around it available on platforms like Google Assistant and Alexa, we are providing a more seamless way to interact and transact,” said Naveen Kukreja, chief executive officer, Paisabazaar.


Besides android smartphones which have the Google Assistant feature, Paisabazaar also hopes to leverage the user of Jio feature phones who also have access to Google Assistant.

Paisabazaar also intends to make these services available in various local languages to add further convenience to consumers, especially to those from tier two and tier three cities.
