Oyo appoints senior Max Healthcare official as general counsel

NEW DELHI: Oyo has appointed Rakesh Prusti as its General Counsel. Prusti was earlier working at Max Healthcare as Director – Legal, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs.

Prusti has work experience of over 22 years in companies like Carrefour, NIIT Technologies, Global Vantedge (now Aegis) and Cottage Industries Exposition, according to a company release.
