In the next few weeks, the company plans to roll out new initiatives for driver partners and customers, including, ways to share feedback and new promotions for the latter, while the former will have new earnings programs, fuel offers, vehicles services, 24/7 driver partner support and community town halls.
Residents in Sydney will have an introductory offer of free rides and can also opt to book rides to the airport and back. “We are excited to officially start operating on the east coast with the launch in Sydney. We’ve been very pleased with how the service has been received by customers, driver-partners and the community in Perth, and can’t wait to continue building on these experiences,” said Chandra Nath, vice president and head of international at Ola.
