Lendingkart appoints Nagarajan S as chief risk officer

BENGALURU: Digital lending startup Lendingkart has appointed Nagarajan S. as its chief risk officer.

Nagarajan, who will operate out of the company’s Bengaluru office, joins Lendingkart from Standard Chartered Bank where he served as the regional head of retail risk operations, South Asia. He was responsible for overseeing underwriting and fraud risk management across retail asset products.

Earlier, Nagarajan was the country risk manager at Nissan Renault Financial Services India. He also worked for 16 years at GE Capital’s consumer financing business, in diverse roles across sales, operations, credit and collections.
