Kruzr gets Rs 9 cr as seed capital

Ahmedabad: InsurTech startup Kruzr has raised $1.3 million (Rs 9.5 crore) in a seed round led by Saama Capital with participation from Better Capital. The funds will be deployed for expanding team and scaling up business .

“Road accidents cause over 1.3 million deaths globally every year, and motor insurance companies lose billions. More than 75% of accidents are preventable with timely assistance.

Kruzr is building technology to minimise such accidents ” said Suresh Shanmugham, managing partner, Saama Capital.
