Kronos appoints new senior director, sales for India

KOLKATA: Workforce management software and services company Kronos Inc has announced the appointment of Sumeet Doshi as country manager and senior director of sales, India effective October 1, 2019. In this role, Doshi will be responsible for the vision and execution of Kronos’ long-term strategy and growth in the Indian workforce management space.

Doshi, who is entering his 13th year at the company, will focus on driving regional growth through customer success from value-driven business solutions powered by new-age workforce management technologies from Kronos.

Doshi joined Kronos in 2007 as solution consulting and business development manager, before becoming the head of marketing. There, he led the India marketing organisation for Kronos, including lead generation and awareness, and built a sustainable channel and alliance network in the region. In his most recent role, he headed sales for the India region.


During his tenure with Kronos, Doshi worked towards establishing and strengthening the workforce management segment in India and paved the way for Kronos to drive workforce solutions in the Indian market. Prior to joining Kronos, he held marketing, sales, and business consulting roles at companies such as Aditya Birla Group, Oracle, and Tata Consultancy Services.
