Gaming startup Rummy Passion divests 51% stake

BENGALURU Passion Gaming Private, an online rummy gaming startup that operates under the name Rummy Passion has divested a 51% stake in itself to London Stock Exchange-registered gaming firm Stride Gaming for $3.75 million in an all cash deal.

This comes after two other poker and rummy online gaming portals Adda52 and Ace2Three were also acquired.
