Furtado raises Rs 20 crore from IAN, others

BENGALURU: Furtados School of Music (FSM) has raised Rs 20 crore in funding from IAN Fund and DSG Consumer Partners. The school will use the capital to expand across major cities and enhance its offering. It will also scale up its tech infrastructure, including app services.

Tanuja Gomes, co-CEO of FSM, said, “We began FSM with the aim to make quality music education accessible to every individual. ”

The school will now expand its business to reach a student base of over 500,000.
