Patients receive their prescriptions on their app as well as WhatsApp with an option to order medication as prescribed by the doctor. Patients can book appointments and will be able to receive a callback using the in-app video calling feature.

In a statement, Navia co-founder, Gaurav Gupta said, "In the wake of COVID-19 crisis, as most of the OPDs are shut, both patients and doctors need a way to engage with each other."
