Amazon's assisted shopping service Easy live in AP, Telangana
HYDERABAD: Amazon has formally kick-started its assisted shopping service Amazon Easy through more than 200 stores across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The Indiaspecific innovation, aimed at enabling customers in smaller markets to get access to the convenience of online shopping, will take off through more than 14,000 stores across 21 states sometime by mid-next year.

Customers can walk into neighbourhood Amazon Easy stores for assistance while shopping on Amazon.in, where Amazon Easy store owners or offline associates will help customers browse, identify and select a product they like, create Amazon accounts, place orders and check out to buy.

Customers are also assisted by the Amazon Easy store owners to help track their order status and returns.
