Acko to go on a hiring spree, moves to new office in Bengaluru

NEW DELHI: Insurance technology company Acko plans to hire more than 100 team members over the next 12 months, taking its total headcount to 450. Fresh hires will be across functions and locations, with an emphasis on hiring for technology positions especially in Bengaluru, according to a release.

The company has completed it’s move to a new facility in HSR Layout in Bengaluru. The new office space is 87,000 square feet, which makes it nearly four times larger than the previous office and can house more than 800 employees.

“We are excited to relocate to our new, larger office in Bengaluru,” said Ruchi Deepak, co-founder of Acko. “The new space reflects the open culture of Acko and features facilities such as ergonomically designed workspaces, open spaces to collaborate, brainstorm and many discussion rooms and a massive terrace which doubles up as our own dance floor and has a cricket pitch too. It is our very own campus and has open areas and alfresco seating as well with lots of natural light and air,” added Ruchi, as quoted in the release.
