Meru Cabs offer 50% discount for first time app users

CHENNAI: Taxi service provider Meru Cabs has offered 50 per cent discount for people who book their first trip in Chennai through the company's mobile application.

The customers can avail a discount of 50 per cent on their first booking via the Meru Cabs App. With this offer, first time users can avail 50 per cent discount to a trip of Rs 100 on their first booking, a company statement said.

"The offer is valid between June 23 and July 22,2015," it said.

"Chennai is one of our fastest growing markets with a very high app contribution. We want more consumers to experience the convenience and control the Meru app provides and hence the 50 per cent offer to Chennai consumers," Meru Cabs CMO, Rathin Lahiri said.
