MUMBAI: Health tech startup eKincare has launched a marketplace for healthcare services. The company started out with offering predictive health advice based on an individual's medical history.

Kiran "A marketplace was always on the agenda, it is the last piece of the puzzle," Kiran Kalakuntla,CEO, told ET.

"We consolidate your medical history, analyse it and provide recommendations. Now you can schedule appointments or tests directly through the app and that data too will flow back to the platform," he said. Next on the agenda for the Hyderabad-based startup will be an e-pharmacy.

Users can upload photos of their existing medical records from which eKincare extracts the information and assesses the person's medical condition, predicts the future onset of chronic diseases and offers personalised recommendations. Set up in 2014, the company raised seed funding from Bitkemy ventures and Adroitent.
