Ex-KPMG tax head Vanvari sets up advisory firm

Former taxation head at KPMG India, Girish Vanvari, has set-up a boutique tax, regulatory and business advisory firm, Transaction Square, to cater to the needs of entrepreneurs, family houses, multinationals, among others.

Transaction Square will service startups to big companies, across industries and will advice clients for planning and strategy, corporate restructurings, funding solutions, value creation and unlocking, support in areas such as insolvency and bankruptcy code, real estate investment trusts, ARCs and evolving Sebi regulations among others.
