Edutech company AlmaMapper acquires VibrantMinds

AHMEDABAD: Edutech firm AlmaMapper Technologies, backed by Oswal Techno Ventures, has acquired fresher recruitment solutions company VibrantMinds Technologies in a cash and share swap deal. The details of the transaction were not disclosed.

“The acquisition of VibrantMinds will allow us to expand market and service capabilities across India and get access to more than 300 companies,“ said Pankaj Kaul, cofounder of AlmaMapper Technologies.

VibrantMinds focuses on campus recruitment and online assessment services, and it helps in connecting colleges, companies and candidates across India.

According to the company, it has assisted more than 200 companies till date in hiring freshers.Following the acquisition, VibrantMinds' operations will be integrated with those of AlmaMapper. AlmaMapper currently has more than 800,000 students registered on the platform.
