ClubWizard app to digitise communication and payments

Kochi: Kerala-based IT firm ZoftSolutions has developed a customisable B2B app, ClubWizard, for digitising schools, service clubs, government departments and national and international events.

Offered in three distinct variants, the platform is designed to digitally revamp the existing communication & payment methodologies used in schools, events and service clubs. Each variant caters to solve a specific set of pain areas and aims to increase connectivity of members within respective domains.

This new B2B app automates notifications, maintains event calendars, tracks meeting attendance, receives and sends personalised messages, disburses minutes of meetings and manages payments.

“The advanced user interface of the app will enable administrators of the association and teachers to manage its affairs and save hours of manual efforts. Apart from this, they can also see reports demonstrating trends, interest level and track feedback from members and parents,” said Dilip Ramachandran, managing director & CEO, ZoftSolutions.

ClubWizard for schools will enable teachers and parents to organize essential everyday tasks such as timetable and attendance management, image sharing, send personalized messages and circulars and so much more at the click of a button, he said.
