MUMBAI: Mumbai-based logistics startup BoxMySpace has raised an undisclosed funding from a consortium of investors across the logistics & warehousing domain.

The investors include R. Jayakumar, (Founder & MD, Jayem Group), Vaibhav Vohra, (Director, Continental Carriers), Aditya & Rhea Vazirani, (Director, Robinsons Global), AVN Business Solutions, Dreamweaver Investments and Business Solutions and other individual investors. Existing Investor Satveer Singh Thakral (Singapore Angel Network) also participated in the current round.

The company will use the proceeds for scaling up operations, upgrading its technology platform and strengthening the back-end infrastructure for building a network of warehouses and supporting logistics services across multiple cities.

J. R. Laddha Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. acted as an exclusive financial advisor to the company. Founded in January 2015 by Cornell university graduate Pratyush Jalan, BoxMySpace provides cost effective, end-to-end logistics solution to e-sellers and businesses.

BoxMySpace had raised seed funding by a cluster of investors including Farooq Oomerbhoy and Singapore Angel Network.
