Aayuv Tech attracts second round of investment from Adroitent

HYDERABAD: Recent entrant in the market for personal and preventive healthcare solutions, Aayuv Technologies Pvt Ltd has raised an additional round from technology company, Adroitent Pvt Ltd, headed by Sreenath Devireddy. Aayuv Technologies has raised a total of Rs 2 crore towards angel investment with the current round, less than a month after Bitchemy Ventures backed the startup.

The health analytics platform eKincare developed by Aayuv Technologies doubles up as a healthcare provider aggregator. The platform provides a single repository for medical reports and can be used to compare previous tests. Healthcare analytics built into the platform alerts users on preventive measures and sets reminders for scheduled tests.

“We would like to keep the platform free for the user with no limits on the data stored as well as multiple profile management. We are a single platform for monitoring data on dental, body and vision,” says Kiran Kalakuntla, who incorporated Aayuv Technologies in September 2014, his stint with telecommunications giant AT&T.

The round of funding will be used for product development, hiring and marketing. The platform works on revenues from healthcare affiliate network and offers promos for annual checkups and additional services such as sample collection at home for diagnostic tests. The service recently went live with 700 registered users and launched an app to upload pictures of diagnostic test reports on to the platform.
