India ranks number nine on the IDC-Cisco SMB Digital Maturity Index 2019, based on a survey of 1,340 Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) across 14 major economies in the region.
The Asia Pacific region is digitalising rapidly, driven by improved internet access and growing smartphone ownership.
