Vasa Denticity acquires 51% stake in IDS Denmed to create largest integrated dental supply network
This strategic move aims to combine IDS Denmed's offline network with Dentalkart's digital platform, expanding reach to 90% of Indian dental clinics.

The combined entity will expand its last-mile reach to over 90% of dental clinics in India.
Commenting on the acquisition, Vikas Aggarwal, CEO of Vasa Denticity said in a statement, “This is more than an acquisition — it's the alignment of a common vision to empower dentists across every corner of India. By combining IDS Denmed's offline leadership with our digital-first approach, we aim to deliver efficiency, reach, and innovation at a scale never seen before in Indian dentistry.”
Founded in 2006, IDS Denmed has established a robust dealer and clinic network across metros and Tier 2/3 cities, known for its strong portfolio of global dental brands. Vasa Denticity, through Dentalkart, has rapidly grown to serve over 2.5 lakh dental professionals with 22,000+ SKUs, leveraging technology, transparency, and nationwide warehousing.
The combined entity will expand its last-mile reach to over 90% of dental clinics in India. Synergies in sourcing, warehousing, and logistics will drive cost efficiencies and faster delivery. The company plans to introduce AI-driven solutions, financing options, and education programs for dentists under a unified platform.
