Smbhav 2023: Amazon launches virtual AI assistant 'सहAI' for small sellers

Amit Agarwal, Senior VP of India and Emerging Markets at Amazon, on Thursday announced the launch of its generative AI tool, सहAI, for small business owners in India, at the Amazon Smbhav event in the capital.

सहAI (sahai or assistant) will help the small sellers list their products online, analyse sales trends and gain access to market insights. The AI tool can also automate the process of filling out product description and help sellers to understand customer feedback better by providing insights. The bot will help sellers improve their sales and product deployment.

This personal assistant provides highly customised support to sellers on Amazon.in and reduces their workload by simplifying time-consuming and complex steps such as registration, listing and advertising support, among others.
