The unveiling coincided with Vertex Group completing ten years of its global operations.

The inauguration ceremony was held at the DK Vertex Convention Center in the presence of Ravi Nandan Sinha, Director, MSME Business Forum India; Gagan Arora, Founder & President, Vertex Group; and Simar Arora, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, DK Vertex.

The unveiling also brought together representatives from industry, government and international business bodies, including Sanjeev Bhatnagar, IRS (Retd.), former Joint Director, Enforcement Directorate and former Additional Director, Central Economic Intelligence Bureau; Sanjay Sharan , Retd Commissioner Customs & GST; Prasoon Diwan, President, Indo Icelandic & Nordic Chamber; Simran Narula, Political Advisor, Office of Coal Ministry, Government of India; and Sri Satpal Singh, Ministry of Railway, among other distinguished guests.

Spread across 12,000 sq. ft., the Convention Center features a pillarless main hall with capacity for approximately 300 to 400 guests and flexible configurations suited to a range of business requirements. The venue combines advanced audio-visual infrastructure, high-speed connectivity, modular seating, executive lounges, in-house photography and videography, catering, professional event support, concierge services and valet parking.

Now open to businesses, organisations and individuals, the facility has been designed to serve MSMEs, corporates, startups, government and business delegations, industry associations and global enterprises, with a particular focus on creating accessible, professionally managed infrastructure for India’s growing business ecosystem.

Strategically located on the Delhi-Gurgaon business corridor, the Convention Center offers direct highway access, with the Rapid Metro in close proximity and both the railway station and Indira Gandhi International Airport within convenient reach. The adjacent Radisson hotel further provides accommodation options for outstation delegates and visiting business groups.

Gagan Arora, Founder & President, Vertex Group, said, “India is an increasingly important market in the global business landscape, with enterprises, entrepreneurs and international organisations looking at the country not only as a growth market, but as a critical destination for operations, innovation and partnerships. As Vertex Group has expanded across global markets, we have seen first-hand how the right business infrastructure can accelerate collaboration and opportunity. With the DK Vertex Convention Center, our objective is to bring that perspective to India and create professionally managed, purpose-built infrastructure where businesses can meet, engage and build meaningful partnerships. Gurgaon was a natural starting point, and our association with MSME Business Forum India makes this initiative particularly relevant to the businesses driving the next phase of India’s growth.”

Simar Arora, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, DK Vertex, said, “DK Vertex has always been built around a larger vision for business spaces, from smart co-working and managed workspaces to business-ready real estate across India. The newly launched Convention Center is a natural extension of that vision, creating another format through which businesses can come together, collaborate and grow. With a ₹300 crore investment plan to expand to more than 30 centers across 10 cities with 50,000 seats, we see this as part of a much larger journey to build an integrated ecosystem of spaces that respond to how modern businesses operate.”

Ravi Nandan Sinha, Director, MSME Business Forum India, said, “Vertex Group and MSME Business Forum India have been in partnership for over four years now. Through MSME Manager, the SPV created to support and simplify various aspects of doing business for India’s MSMEs, we have already built a strong foundation for this partnership. The Convention Center takes that association a step further by creating a dedicated platform for business engagement, collaboration and international partnerships. The Forum will extend its fullest support in helping the Convention Center realise that potential.”
