Brandman Retail lists on NSE at nearly Rs 325 crore valuation
Brandman Retail plans to expand its network to over 50 stores, targeting Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, with projected revenue tripling over five years.

Brandman Retail currently operates 21 stores across India through a mix of Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs). As part of its next growth phase, the company plans to open 15 new stores funded through IPO proceeds, forming the first leg of a broader expansion strategy aimed at building over 50 store national network.
Founded by Arun Malhotra, the company's multi-brand retail format, Sneakrz, houses global performance and lifestyle brands including New Balance, Saucony, Anta, Wilson, Salomon and Rockport.
With expansion into high-growth Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, Brandman Retail expects revenues to more than triple over the next five years, implying a projected CAGR of over 30%.
“Our listing strengthens governance, enhances brand partner confidence and provides the capital base required for scalable growth,” said Arun Malhotra, Founder and Director, in a statement. “We see strong demand emerging beyond metros, and our focus is on building a sustainable, multi-city retail platform for global sports and lifestyle brands.”
