A data rich India needed to jumpstart MSMEs financial inclusion

With a large section of country’s MSMEs getting jittery of formal lending, a paucity of data is severely affecting financial institutions’ (including banks and NBFCs) decision making with respect to the credit worthiness of borrowers, underscored experts at the ET Rise panel discussion that focussed on ways to enhance the sector’s participation into the financial mainstream.
